Yes. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe; cancel any time from the receipt email Stripe sends after checkout, and you keep the tier benefits through the end of your billing period.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your profile drops back to the lower tier when the current paid period ends. We don't delete your gallery photos or videos — they just stop rendering on the public profile until you upgrade again.
Do I have to claim my band/venue before paying?
Yes — claim happens first so we know you're authorized to manage the listing. Free, takes a couple minutes, and verifies via the booking email on file when one exists.
What about Featured rotation — how is it allocated?
Featured profiles share equal placement at the top of /bands and /venues, plus a slot in the homepage rotation that cycles randomly per page load. More Featured profiles → less individual screen-share. We'll cap the pool if it grows enough to dilute value.
Annual or monthly?
Annual saves you two months. If you're testing the waters, start monthly — same features, you can switch later by upgrading the annual plan.
